How did you meet your wife?

I met my wife somewhere in Ebute Meta, Lagos.

How long did you date?

We dated for a year.

What do you admire most about her?

My wife is understanding.

What would you say marriage has taught you?

As an actor and a storywriter, to me being a married man has two sides; the enjoyment and the other side of it. I thank God that the good aspect is what I have been experiencing so far.

What do you think is the most important aspect of marriage?

The most important thing in marriage is understanding. If there’s understanding between husband and wife, I don’t think there will be any other problems. My wife isn’t an actress but she understands me. If I call my wife, no matter how late and tell her I was supposed to come home but my schedule has changed and I have to go somewhere, she will understand. As a celebrity, I don’t hide my phone. If I have a call, my wife is the person who will bring the phone to me and say someone is calling me.
