“I’m sorry if you were expecting a congratulatory message from me”- Actress Bukunmi Oluwasina reacts to Tinubu’s victory

Nigerian actress Bukunmi Oluwasina, has taken to social media to react to the victory of Bola Ahmed Tinubu in the recently concluded Nigerian Presidential election.

In a post on her Instagram page, the actress stated she was sorry if her fans and followers were expecting a congratulatory message from her because that would be hypocritical of her.

She wrote, ” I’m sorry if you were expecting a congratulatory message, as that would be hypocritical of me. I was not and I am not on that table.

However, My main concern is not about someone being in power, but about the people under the power. This is why today all I can say is pray for every individual out there, who was with one mind, who wasn’t rooting for a candidate, But was actually rooting fo a better Nigeria, and that was the only thing that influenced their choice of candidate.

I pray that this new reign, Regardless of who is on the throne or who isn’t, When others are saying there is a casting down, or have reasons to experience Nigeria happening to them, GOD IN HIS MERCY SHALL EXCLUDE YOU AND YOUR LOVED ONES. L’ABE BO TI LE WU KO RI, IGBA YI A TU WA LARA. 🙏
