The Chairman of the Lagos State park management, Musiliu Akinsanya, popularly known as MC Oluomo, has denied making any statement that Igbo voters in the state to sit in their houses on election day if they were not going to vote for the ruling party.
Recalls a trending video MC Oluomo whole addressing his people ahead of the election on Saturday warned Igbo voters in the state to sit in their houses on election day if they were not going to vote for the ruling party.
In his words:
Iya Chukwudi, if you do want to vote for us, abeg sit down for home ooo, we have begged you people, don’t come out on election day.
Reacting to MC Oluomo said he was not referring to the Igbos, he was referring to an Igbo woman called Iya Chukudi in his area.
