Veteran Nollywood actress Bukky Wright has taken to her Instagram page to advise married women on the need to appreciate the good men in their lives.

According to her, men are always thinking of ways to provide for their families and as such, it is important to acknowledge and appreciate their efforts.

The actress shared a photo of a traditional cooking appliance full of fire and pot on it.

She noted that women should understand that their husbands’ heads are full of fire and they constantly think about how to put food on the table for their families.

She wrote, “Women let’s appreciate the good men in our lives and society. THE LIFE OF A MAN!

His head is full of fire. He can’t explain the pains he goes through. There are too many loads on his head. Loads of bills, numerous.

His eyes are dim from fashions. All he thinks is how to put food on the table for his family. He’s configured to endure and not to complain.

When he’s down emotionally, words like “Be a man for once or Act like a man” strike his heart. Who will understand what a man goes through? Who will comfort and stir him up?

May God Almighty answer all the good prayers of every man…. Amen I celebrate all the good men out there.”
