Nigerian actor and movie producer Muyiwa Ademola takes a trip down memory lane to when the late actor Murphy Afolabi was alive and pays tribute to him.
Recall Murphy Afolabi passed away on May 14, 2023, in an accident at home. He reportedly had a fall in the bathroom of his house in Ikorodu, Lagos.
Muyiwa Ademola took to his Instagram page to share a trailer from the movie he was working on, with the late Murphy Afolabi being the director of the movie.
Muyiwa Ademola stated that the late Murphy Afolabi wouldn’t even believe that he won’t be alive to witness the final release of the blockbuster movie he was directing, which is set to be released on November 20, 2023.
He revealed that Murphy Afolabi put so much energy into making sure the movie was a success, expressing his grievance for the unfortunate demise that befell his colleague. Muyiwa Ademola concluded that God knows the best.
Muyiwa Ademola urged netizens to keep is legacy alive by streaming the movie “ALANI OMO IYA OSHOGBO” massively when it’s finally released.
Captioning his post, Muyiwa Ademola wrote,”Murphy Afolabi can never believe that he will not be alive to see the release of this Blockbuster Movie.

The thespian took to his social media platform to celebrate his movie Ori, which premiered 20 years ago.Muyi Ademola stated that this movie changed his life ,and even as the writer of the film it touched him beyond word’s.
Muyi Ademola also announced the release date of his forthcoming movie “Ori Reloaded,” which is set to premiere this Friday, November 23 . The movie is said to be a second part of the original movie “Ori.”
He wrote,” Happy 20th to the film that changed my entire life!Even as the writer of the film, it touched me beyond words.
